"Whenever people ask me what the future of rock and roll looks like, and I see this, it gives me hope for the future..."

Jim Questa, keyboardist for Cincinnati's pop & rock cover band DV8

BIO

Born in 2008, Charlie Pille has been playing guitar since age three. Today, this 18-year-old loves playing at the crossroads of classic rock and alternative music. He's now a freshman at Belmont University studying Audio Engineering Technology at the famed Mike Curb College of Entertainment & Music Business.

A multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, songwriter, and producer, Charlie has earned over 56 million streams from listeners around the world.

He's produced every track in his home studio—singing, writing, and playing guitar, drums, bass, and keyboard to bring each song to life.

His debut album, 14, showcased his range with a collection of cover songs, all self‑produced. He followed it up with a 2023 EP of four original tracks, marking his evolution as a songwriter. In 2024, Charlie released his sophomore album Chasing Voices, along with Deep Cuts, a raw and reflective project now streaming everywhere.

In 2025, his original "Sixteen Problems" album debuted. He also put his spin on several fan‑favorite covers, including Fleetwood Mac’s “Dreams" and "Silver Springs," Boygenius’s “Not Strong Enough,” Noah Kahan’s “Homesick,” and Billie Eilish’s “Birds of a Feather.” You can find many of those on "Charlie & Friends," a collab compilation. Charlie unveiled an exciting new original - “Roses for You” (featuring Charlie Richardson) in July 2025.

Most recently, Charlie’s latest album of original music, entitled "Senior Year," dropped on May 1, 2026. And his latest, a cover of The Beatles’ “Let It Be,” features the piano stylings of his legendary Elder High School Glee Club teacher, Dave Allen, who recently retired after 57 years at the school. He released one last track before heading to Nashville, a single called "The Days (I'm Looking for)." All of Charlie's songs are available on streaming platforms everywhere.
